How long does my membership last?
Kinetic Scripts Premium membership lasts for 1 year. This does not mean you have to stop using our scripts when your membership expires. You can use them on your website forever. When a membership expires you only lose access to the downloads area, all the freebies, design templates that you are entitled to as a current member.
Why is Kinetic Scripts better then other CGI sites?
When you consider the sheer number of high-quality scripts that our membership includes this question is easy to answer. There may be other sites that charge you more, including a greater number of scripts but consider what you're getting. Any group of programmers can produce dozens of small scripts in a very short time span (most of which would probably be available for no cost elsewhere), bundle them in a package and peddle them for a high premium. Our scripts are state-of-the-art, 100% template driven, useful CGI solutions. You won't find any micro-scripts padding the numbers of our membership. In addition, we are one of the only CGI super-stores that also offers design templates, free of charge, to our members.
What about service after the sale?
Kinetic Scripts fully supports each and every CGI solution we sell. If the script has a problem, let us know and one of our techs will be there for you with the immediate attention you need. We have tutorials to help you learn how to install CGI scripts. If you find that you are having problems setting the script up yourself we will always answer any questions you have and go out of our way to ensure you meet your deadlines. We are always available by email or by using our new support forum. If all else fails, we will install the scripts for you for a very small fee.
Can you install a script for me?
Yes, we do have professional installers on our staff that can install our scripts on your server. We do, however, charge a small fee for this service. In light of how easy it is to install our scripts we decided to take this approach to keep the membership price as low as possible. If you have the most basic knowledge of CGI scripts and/or a little html, you will almost always be able to follow the straight forward instructions that come with each solution to get it working yourself. We also have a tutorial that covers the basics of CGI installation and a support forum that members use to discuss problems they may have had. And naturally, we will promptly answer any questions you have-- we won't leave you waiting days and days like most of our competition.
Do you do design work?
Yes, we have professional web designers on our staff that can handle any project or level of excellence that you could want. We can do complete solutions with many pages and complex graphic requirements or beautiful template designs. Just use the contact button to send us your inquiries.
Do you write custom CGI programs?
Kinetic Scripts has some of the very best the web has to offer in the way of custom CGI projects. Our rates are unsurpassed, our scripts are secure, lightning fast and very intuitive. We have NEVER had a single complaint on any of our numerous custom solutions. That's because we delivered exactly what our customers wanted for a far lower price then our competition.

Do your scripts run on NT servers?
All of our programs are made specifically for Unix based systems. We guarantee no script we sell will run on a Windows based server, although it is possible in many instances.
As a member, do I have resell rights?
On many of the scripts, absolutely! Scripts that do include resale rights are marked "Resell", scripts that do not include resale rights are marked "Premium". We also have a developer option that allows you to reuse our Premium Scripts on client's websites. We also have an affiliate program that offers 40% commissions to participants.
